Refund Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Extended Return / Exchange Window

We offer an extended return window of 6 weeks for orders placed on or after November 25th. This applies to all orders placed between November 25th to December 26th. Once delivered, you have 6 weeks to start a return or an exchange.

 

Start a Return:

1. Please contact us at support@cordeecases.com with your name, order number and the items you would like to return.

2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note, returns are subject to a $4 return fee which will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: For international returns (outside of USA), customers are required to cover the return shipping.  

 

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for items in new, unused condition within 14 days of delivery. You can request an exchange for a different design, size or color via email to support@cordeecases.com. For your exchange to be processed, you will first need to return your item(s) using the shipping label provided by us. Once we receive your item(s), we will ship out your requested exchange.

Please note, if you request an exchange for items of higher value than your initial order you will receive an invoice via email with a payment link to pay the remaining balance. The fastest way to exchange for a different item is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know about the status of your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
