Order Placement

How can I place an order?

  • Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and click "checkout".
  • Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select your preferred payment method - we will ship your package within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Our support team is always happy to guide you at any step!

How can I pay for my order?

  • You can select your preferred payment method at checkout. We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, as well as payments in installments.

Product Question

Do you have a warranty policy?

Yes! We offer a 60-day warranty policy on all phone chains, phone straps, phone wristlets, mini wallets, and phone cases. Cordée Cases' warranted products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials, workmanship or broken components under normal use for the specified product warranty period.

Please note that this warranty may not apply to items with natural signs of wear over time. The warranty applies to the original purchaser or initial gift recipient of the applicable product and must be sold through Cordée Cases' online store.

Cordée Cases does not warrant and is not responsible for any smartphone or other devices or products made by anyone other than Cordée Cases. 

You may submit your warranty claim via email at support@cordeecases.com. Please include your name, order number and pictures of the item as well as proof of purchase.

How can I clean my phone case?

We recommend cleaning your silicone case at least once a month to keep its sleek look. Smaller stains can be easily removed with dishwashing liquid and water. For tougher stains, use isopropyl alcohol. A cotton cloth, cotton swab or toothbrush usually works best when cleaning your case.

My case arrived scratched

No worries! Our Clear Phone Case and Mirror Phone Case arrive with a transparent protection film. Simply remove the film and see the magic!

Are your phone cases MagSafe® compatible?

Our phone cases support wireless charging. However, our phone cases are not MagSafe® compatible; meaning it doesn't have the magnetic function to snap on the charger.

When it's time to charge your phone, simply leave the case on the phone, set it on top of a wireless charger (Qi-certified wireless charger or Magsafe® charger) and your phone will start charging.

Can I exchange my phone case / phone chain for a different color or style?

Yes! We offer free exchanges for products in unused condition. You can swap your current product for another color or design. Please note, you may be charged / refunded for the difference in value of the item. I ordered the wrong case size!

We offer free exchanges for products in unused condition if you need to switch to a different case size. To start an exchange, please email us at support@cordeecases.com with your order number, name, and your correct case size. Find more here.

Shipping

What are your shipping options?

All orders will be shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Shipping destinations:

  • We ship to all states within the US, and worldwide.

Shipping times (US):

  • Standard: 4-5 business days once shipped.
  • Express: 1-3 business days once shipped.

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over $50 are eligible for free US standard shipping.
  • For orders under $50, we offer $4.99 standard shipping and $9.99 for express shipping within the US. Please refer to our full shipping policy to get more information.

International shipping:

  • Canada: We offer flat rate shipping to Canada for $10 (5-10 business days).
  • All other countries: flat rate shipping of $15 (1-3 weeks).

Holiday Shipping + Extended Return / Exchange Window

More and more people are shopping online for the holidays. This ultimately means that USPS and UPS get backed up and packages can be delayed unfortunately. We recommend planning ahead to avoid a late delivery.

The following dates reflect guaranteed delivery on or before December 24th (US only):

Standard Shipping: Order by December 15th.

Express Shipping: Order by December 19th.

Extended Return Policy

We offer an extended return window of 6 weeks for orders placed on or after November 25th. This applies to all orders placed between November 25th to December 26th. Once delivered, you have 6 weeks to start a return or an exchange. Please note, we only accept returns / exchanges for items in unused condition. Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

  • Your satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to start a return upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. If a product was faulty upon delivery please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will make it right.
  • For returns, please email support@cordeecases.com with the subject 'Return' and include the following information:

- order number

- name

- items you want to return & the reason for the return

  • We will provide you with a return label and instructions. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations. Please note that returns are subject to a $4 return fee (U.S). The fee will be deducted automatically from your refund. For all international returns, please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • When the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund. If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will be applied to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
